Our Responsibility Story

This incident occurred around March 2010, when a truck carrying goods from our company caught fire at a rest area on the highway in Shangrao, Jiangxi, while delivering from Yiwu to Guangzhou. Fortunately, the driver was unharmed, but both the truck and the goods were lost. The truck was 9.6 meters long, and the value of the goods was approximately CNY140,000.

Subsequently, we had a dispute with the transportation company, which was unwilling to compensate us. After a period of litigation, the final outcome was that they compensated us for 15% of the total value.

At that time, it was a disaster for our small startup business. Despite the dire situation, we still produced a new batch of products and sent them to our customer. To express my apology, we flew to Turkey to apologize to the customer in person. Eventually, the company went bankrupt directly.

An important point! Losing money and closing, no nonsense, no discounted compensation, no escape! How many people can do that today?

But we always believe that people with excellent morals can rise again. Some gave us the opportunity, and some followed us.

As it turned out, we are getting better and better.
